Lakeview Town Planning

Overview

A large scale urban landscape planned around a central water body, generous green spaces and a connected network of roads and pedestrian areas.

Design challenges

The key challenge was bringing together open spaces, roads, landscaping and recreational areas within one cohesive environment. The central lake creates the main focus of the development, while curved walkways, landscaped zones and feature structures help organize movement and create different experiences throughout the site.

Final outcome

The result is a well planned urban landscape with a strong central identity and a clear relationship between nature and the surrounding development. The lake, lush planting, pedestrian spaces and distinctive shaded structures create an attractive environment designed for recreation, community use and everyday outdoor activity.
