- 01 Consultation Site visit or call. We understand requirement, plot constraints and budget range.
- 02 Concept Zoning, massing and initial 3D direction — reviewed with you before detailing.
- 03 Design development Working drawings, material selection and coordination with structural inputs.
- 04 Execution support Site coordination and clarifications so what gets built matches what was drawn.
- 05 Handover Final walkthrough, as-built set and a documented snag list.
