We arrange a meeting, at our Faisalabad office, on your site or online, to understand exactly what you need. Within a few days you receive a written proposal with the scope of work, timeline and fee. The first call or message is free. A site visit is charged as a fixed visit fee, which covers travelling to your plot, a proper discussion of what you want to build and a written summary with our recommendations and a quote for the next steps. Every fee after that is fixed per stage and agreed in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises later.
Yes. We work across Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Sargodha, Sialkot and Gujranwala, and a large part of our work is for overseas Pakistanis in the UK, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and other countries. You approve the design online through 3D views and video calls, and during construction you receive regular photo and video updates from the site, so you always know exactly where your money is going.
Yes, completely. We prepare and submit the drawings to FDA, LDA, TMA or the relevant housing society, follow up on scrutiny and approval, and handle NOCs such as Civil Defense, Rescue 1122 and EPA where required. For commercial and industrial projects we also arrange the soil test and Environmental Impact Assessment. You do not have to visit any office yourself.
Both. You can hire us for design only, for design plus site supervision, or for complete turnkey construction where our own team builds the project from foundation to finishing. For construction, the cost is worked out on a detailed bill of quantities and current market rates, then fixed in a written agreement, with payments linked to progress on site.
Design for a house normally takes 3 to 6 weeks, including revisions and 3D views. Construction of a 5 to 10 marla house usually takes 8 to 12 months, and a 1 kanal or larger house 12 to 18 months, depending on finishes and the season. We give you a realistic timeline at the start and keep you informed at every stage.
