Yes. We work with clients across Pakistan and internationally. For remote clients we lean on detailed drawings, photoreal 3D visualisation and structured video updates, and we can manage on-the-ground execution on your behalf.
We offer architecture, interior design, 3D visualisation, landscape design and turnkey execution. You can engage us for a single stage (say, design only) or for the full journey from concept to a handed-over space.
Each design stage includes a defined number of revision rounds so we can refine the design together. The exact number is agreed in your proposal; additional rounds beyond that are accommodated at a transparent, pre-agreed rate.
Payments are milestone-based and set out clearly in your agreement — typically an initial booking amount followed by staged payments tied to design and construction milestones. No hidden charges.
Both. If you prefer a single point of accountability, our turnkey service takes the project through to completion. If you already have a contractor, we can design and then supervise to protect the design intent.
